The exquisite Deeg palace lies 22 miles north of Bharatpur. It has massive buildings amidst beautiful gardens. Since Agra is just 56 km from the park, it is also usually included in the travel itinery. People around the globe come here to visit the Taj Mahal which is an architectural marvel and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

The park being a home to massive tracts of virgin and unexplored forests, visitors can explore the park by walking or by hiring rickshaw to spot the varied wildlife. Best time to visit

The winter months between October and February are considered to be the best time to visit the park not only because they make the tour comfortable but also because the park’s migratory birds arrive during winter.
